This badge is awarded for presenting at an education conference. To achieve this badge, candidates must fulfil the following criteria:

Logic

The topic chosen is relevant to the conference attendees: for example, pedagogy or lesson preparation

There will be an obvious sense of humour and passion to the presentation

There will be a balance between theory and practice

Form

The presenters will use strategies to create interest.

The presentation will have pace; no death by PowerPoint.

Structure

The presenters will provide something to take away

The presenters will show their own examples, including the experiences of young people

Opportunity will exist for audience interaction and reflection
